Obtain A Repeat Prescription(s)

You can get a repeat prescription by bringing with you your copy slip from your previous prescription and ticking off the items you require. This can then be placed in the post-box provided in reception.

We require 48 hours' notice to process your repeat prescription. Please always try to allow enough time for us to process your request.
